With the IUNA AI Scanner, we developed a system that can be integrated flexibly in quality assurance. With this simple but intelligent camera system, we are able to fully automate processes such as visual inspection.
With the help of high-resolution cameras and Deep Learning-based AI models, surface defects of various kinds can be classified and localized fully automatically. The measurement results are displayed in real time in the IUNA user interface. The software also includes a database function as well as tools for visualizing statistics and exporting quality control charts. This allows the current and past quality level to be tracked optimally.
